Hi thanks for the prayers for today's doctor visit for Jim. The doctor checked him out thoroughly and found nothing unusual. He did not do the scan because if they did they would want to go ahead and get a biopsy if something showed up. Since many things can attribute to higher PSA levels he has chosen to wait another month for another blood test then go from there. Because of Jim's blood thinner and mechanical valve preparation for a scan would be really involved so he wants to wait till there is a reason to look further before he puts him through all that. This is good and much more realistic and Jim sounded much relieved on the phone.
This starts 2008 to a better start now!
