This recipe sounds unusual and interesting. Usually, I would go out to buy the ingredients right away and try it. But, I am once again trying to lose weight. The problem is that at this time of year, I eat ice cream almost every night. I used to buy the slow churned lower fat ice cream, but this year, I tried Friendly's regular and I love it. So I started a bad habit of buying a half gallon of Friendly's every week. I am now trying to have ice cream every other night, it isn't easy. ha
I'm trying to lose weight, also...but cheesecake is literally the only food on the planet that I can not pass up...LOL
I'll let you know when I make it.
